These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern the use of RedesIA, a service operated by SmartCues.ai Corporation, trading under the Crecimiento con IA brand ("RedesIA", "we"), accessible at redes-ia.com and app.redes-ia.com. By creating an account or using the service, you accept these Terms. If you do not agree with them, do not use RedesIA.

1. What RedesIA is

RedesIA is a tool for businesses and small ventures to manage their brands' social media presence: a brand profile, a publishing calendar with reminders, and content prompts (text, image and video) generated with artificial intelligence and refreshed monthly. RedesIA does not publish content to your social networks automatically — it generates the material and the instructions so that you (or your team) can use them with the generation tools you choose and publish them wherever appropriate.

2. Accounts

To use RedesIA you need to create an account with a valid email address. You are responsible for keeping your credentials confidential and for all activity that occurs under your account. Tell us immediately if you suspect unauthorized access. You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority in your jurisdiction, to create an account.

Each account can manage one or more brands, depending on the plan. You are responsible for ensuring that the information you upload about your brand (name, tone, logo, reference images) is yours or that you have the right to use it.

3. Plans, pricing and billing

RedesIA offers a free plan, with no expiry date, which includes a limited one-time amount of credits when you create your account. Paid plans are billed on a recurring basis (monthly, unless stated otherwise) through Stripe, our payment processor. Prices are displayed and charged in United States dollars (USD), regardless of the country you access from.

You can change plan (upgrade or downgrade) or cancel your subscription at any time from the billing section of your account. A downgrade or a cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period: you keep full access until that date, after which the plan changes. We do not offer refunds for periods already billed or partially used, unless applicable law requires otherwise.

We may change plan prices going forward. If a price change affects your current plan, we will give you reasonable advance notice before it applies to your next renewal.

4. AI-generated content

The prompts, copy, ideas and scripts that RedesIA generates are produced with artificial intelligence models, based on the information you provide about your brand. This content is a starting point, not a finished product: review it before using or publishing it. RedesIA does not guarantee that generated content is accurate, error-free, or compliant with the policies of any given social network or third-party image/video generation tool — that verification is your responsibility.

You are responsible for ensuring that the content you ultimately publish (whether generated with RedesIA's help or not) complies with applicable law, third-party rights, and the terms of the platforms where you publish it.

5. Content ownership

The assets you upload to RedesIA (logo, reference images and videos, brand information) remain yours. The content RedesIA generates for your brand (prompts, copy, scripts) is yours to use as you wish once generated. We claim ownership over neither. In return, you give us permission to store and process those assets and that information for the sole purpose of providing you the service.

6. Acceptable use

You may not use RedesIA to:

  • Generate or publish content that is illegal, defamatory, fraudulent, or that infringes third-party rights (including intellectual property).
  • Attempt to access other users' accounts, brands or data.
  • Interfere with the operation of the service (reverse engineering, deliberate overload, circumvention of usage limits).
  • Resell or sublicense access to the service without our written consent.

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these conditions, with prior notice where reasonably possible.

7. Data and privacy

The handling of your personal data and your brand's data is described in our Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms.

8. Service availability

We work to keep RedesIA available, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. We may perform maintenance, update or discontinue features of the service, giving reasonable advance notice when the change materially affects your use.

9. Cancellation and account deletion

You can cancel your subscription or delete your account entirely at any time from your account settings. Deleting your account permanently erases your brands, calendar, generated prompts and associated assets — this action cannot be undone. We may suspend or close accounts that breach these Terms.

10. Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, RedesIA is provided "as is", without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from use of the service, including the publication of AI-generated content without adequate review on your part. Our total liability to you for any claim relating to the service does not exceed the amount you paid RedesIA in the 12 months preceding the claim.

11. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. If a change is significant, we will notify you by email or inside the application before it takes effect. Continued use of RedesIA after a change constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.
